We work two ways: project-based builds for a single system, and monthly retainers for ongoing managed services. We do not run a fixed price list, because a startup working out of a spare room and an established mid-market company need very different scopes and budgets.

What determines the final price?
Final pricing depends on the complexity of the system, how many tools it needs to connect to, and how much ongoing management it requires. A single automation is very different from a multi-system rollout, and a small business budget is scoped very differently from an enterprise one. We give you a clear, specific quote after understanding your scope and budget on the free call, never a vague range and never a fixed price list that assumes everyone can spend the same.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Project-based work is a one-off engagement with no ongoing commitment. Retainer services run month to month, so you can scale up, scale down, or pause based on what your business needs.
How does payment work?
Project work is typically billed with an upfront deposit and a final payment on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. We will lay out exact terms for your engagement before any work begins.
